1. PROMOTER

The Promoter is Your Tiny Home Co. Pty Ltd T/A Your Tiny Home Co. (A.C.N. 687 987 579) (Promoter, we, us, our).

2. PROMOTION DETAILS

2.1 Promotion Name

Tiny Home Giveaway 0002 (TY Model Built by Tyhāus Tiny Homes)

2.2 Promotion Period

This promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 19 March 2026 and closes at 12:00pm AEST on 29 June 2026 (Promotion Period).

2.3 Acceptance of Terms

1. These Giveaway Terms and Conditions (Giveaway Terms), together with the Website Terms and Conditions (Terms) and Privacy Policy, govern this Promotion;
2. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms;
3. Entry into this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms; and
4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or breaching these terms.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 Eligible Entrants

Entry is open only to residents of Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales (Permit No. TP/04706) (Eligible Locations), aged 18 years or over who hold a current Your Tiny Home Co. membership during the Promotion Period (Eligible Entrants), except:

1. Employees, directors, managers, and officers of the Promoter, associated companies, Partners, and agencies;
2. Immediate family members of persons listed in (b); and
3. Persons residing in the same household as persons listed in (b).

3.2 Definition of Immediate Family

Immediate family includes: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child, step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, or first cousin.

3.3 State Law Compliance

1. Entry is subject to all applicable state and territory laws and regulations;
2. Entry is void where prohibited or restricted by law;
3. In jurisdictions where state laws restrict prize delivery, winners may collect prizes from the Promoter’s Queensland headquarters if this does not conflict with those laws; and
4. Winners are responsible for compliance with applicable tax laws in their jurisdiction.

3.4 Membership Requirement

1. Entrants must hold a valid Your Tiny Home Co. membership (either one-off or loyalty membership) during the entire Promotion Period;
2. Membership is subject to the Terms and Privacy Policy;
3. If membership is cancelled or terminated during the Promotion Period, accumulated entries remain valid for this Promotion; and
4. Membership must be in good standing (no outstanding payment issues) at time of draw.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1 Automatic Entry

Entries are automatically allocated based on membership type and duration. No purchase beyond membership is necessary to enter. For avoidance of doubt, the entry into this (and any subsequent) giveaway or promotion is free and the number of entries is based upon the membership held by the member at the time of the respective giveaway or promotion.

4.2 Loyalty Membership Entries

Eligible Entrants holding a Loyalty Membership receive entries based on:

1. Membership Tier:
   • Standard VIP: 1 entry per active month;
   • Premium VIP: 5 entries per active month;
   • Elite VIP: 25 entries per active month;
   • Platinum VIP: 70 entries per active month;
2. Loyalty Streak: Total entries calculated by multiplying monthly entry rate by consecutive active months held at time of entry generation. Example: Premium member for 6 consecutive months = 30 entries (5entries × 6months);
3. Entry Generation: Entries generated automatically based on membership status at generation time of the giveaway; and
4. Tier Changes: If tier changed during Promotion Period, then entries are calculated based on the tier held at generation time.

4.3 One-Off Membership Entries

Eligible Entrants who purchase a one-off membership package via an official promotion link during the Promotion Period receive entries as specified at time of purchase:

1. Bronze: 1 entry in the current giveaway, as may be amended from time to time;
2. Silver: 5 entries in the current giveaway, as may be amended from time to time;
3. Gold: 25 entries in the current giveaway, as may be amended from time to time;
4. Diamond: 70 entries in the current giveaway, as may be amended from time to time.

4.4 Entry Multipliers

1. The Promoter reserves the right to apply entry multipliers at any time during the Promotion Period;
2. Multipliers (if applied) will be announced via email, website, and Member Portal;
3. Multipliers apply to base entry amounts and are calculated at entry generation time; and
4. Example: 2× multiplier means Premium 6-month member receives 60 entries (30 base × 2).

4.5 Entry Verification

1. Entrants can verify their entry count in the Member Portal;
2. Entry count reflects membership status at generation time;
3. Entry discrepancies must be reported to info@yourtinyhomeco.com within 48 hours of generation;
4. The Promoter’s decision on entry count is final; and
5. Fraudulent entry manipulation results in immediate disqualification and possible membership termination.

4.6 Entry Limits

1. The Promotion is limited to a maximum of 6,000 individual entrants. Once this cap is reached, no further entries will be accepted;
2. A maximum limit of 525 entries per person;
3. Multiple entries increase chances of winning but do not guarantee a prize;
4. All entries must be obtained through legitimate membership in accordance with Member Terms; and
5. Purchased memberships solely for the purpose of entering promotions are permitted provided all membership terms are complied with.

5. PRIZES

5.1 Prize Pool

There are two (2) prizes available with a total prize pool value of $105,000.00 AUD (including GST where applicable), based upon approximate retail value of the prize.

5.2 Prize Details

1. The Prizes are:
   • First Prize: One (1) moveable tiny home on a trailer (Tiny Home); and
   • Second Prize: $3,000.00.
2. The Prize includes delivery of the Tiny Home to the winner’s nominated address within the Eligible Locations, subject to reasonable access and transport feasibility as determined by the Promoter.
3. The specifications of the Tiny Home are:
   • TY Model Tiny Home built by TyHāus Tiny Homes (https://www.tyhaus.com.au).
   • Dimensions of Tiny Home: 7.0m (L) × 2.5m (W) × 3.5m (H).
   • Dimension for towing 9.5m (L) × 2.5m (W) × 4.25m (H).
   • Features: one loft bedroom, one bathroom, oven/cooktop/fridge, instant gas hot water, split system aircon, solar compatible, weatherTex Cladding, Pine VJ walls/ ceilings.
   • Delivery included within QLD, NSW, and VIC (standard truck access only).

5.3 Prize Values and Variations

1. All prize values are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (where applicable);
2. Prize values are accurate as at the date of preparing these terms;
3. The Promoter is not responsible for fluctuations in prize value after this date;
4. If a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to approval by relevant gaming authorities;
5. Prize substitution decisions are at the Promoter’s sole discretion; and
6. Winners will be notified of any substitutions prior to prize delivery.

5.4 Prize Conditions

1. Prizes (or elements of prizes) must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited;
2. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash (except where cash is specified as the prize);
3. If a prize is forfeited, the Promoter has no liability to the winner;
4. Prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by prize suppliers;
5. Winners must comply with all prize supplier conditions or risk prize cancellation without liability to the Promoter or suppliers;
6. Winners are responsible for all costs associated with accepting and using a prize, including but not limited to: insurance, maintenance, ongoing costs, delivery charges not specified, travel costs, accommodation, spending money, meals, and incidental expenses;
7. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from winning a prize (winners should seek independent financial advice); and
8. For cash prizes: payment made via electronic transfer to winner’s nominated Australian bank account within five (5) business days of winner verification.

6. THE DRAW

6.1 Draw Details

1. Draw Date: 29 June 2026 at 6:00pm (AEST).
2. Draw Location: Head Office of the Promoter, Peachester, Queensland, Australia.
3. Draw Method: Random computerised draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
4. Draw Supervision: Draw conducted under independent supervision.
5. Draw Witnessing: Draw witnessed by Justice of the Peace.

6.2 Winner Selection

1. The first two (2) valid entries drawn will win prizes in descending order of value (highest value awarded first).
2. Multiple Wins Permitted: Entrants are not removed from consideration after winning a prize – each entrant may win multiple prizes in a single draw;
3. For avoidance of doubt, there is no limit on the number of prizes an individual entrant may win;
4. If an entry is drawn that belongs to a person who has already won a prize in this draw, that person will win the additional prize;
5. Odds of winning depend on total number of valid entries received; and
6. The Promoter’s decisions regarding the draw are final and binding.

6.3 Winner Notification

Winners will be notified and announced as follows:

1. Live Announcement: Winners announced live during the draw via Facebook Live and Instagram Live.
2. Direct Contact: Winners contacted directly via phone and email within 2 hours of draw completion;
3. Public Announcement: Winners’ names (first name and first letter of last name only) published on:

   4. Email:
   5. Member Portal: www.yourtinyhomeco.com/account
4. Publication Period: Winner names remain published for at least the minimum period of 28 days from draw date;
5. Privacy Protection: Winner’s full address will never be published; and
6. Contact Attempts: The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact winners via phone (minimum 3 attempts) and email (minimum 2 attempts) over 7 days.

6.4 Winner Verification

1. Winners must respond to notification and provide verification information within 14 days of draw date;
2. Verification requirements may include:
   1. Government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, proof of age card);
   2. Proof of Australian residency (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence);
   3. Proof of membership status;
   4. Signed prize acceptance form;
   5. Signed media release (if required);
   6. Tax File Number declaration (for prizes over $1,000 AUD).
   7. Any other documentation reasonably requested by the Promoter
3. Failure to provide verification within required timeframe results in prize forfeiture;
4. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks;
5. Providing false information results in immediate disqualification; and
6. The Promoter’s decision on verification is final.

6.5 Unclaimed Prizes and Redraw

If a prize remains unclaimed, is not accepted, or if the Promoter cannot contact a winner (or winner does not contact the Promoter) within 90 days of the original draw:

1. Redraw Date: 90 days after original draw.
2. Redraw Location: Same location as original draw.
3. Redraw Method: Prizes redrawn in descending order of value from remaining valid entries (excluding original winners who claimed their prizes).
4. Redraw Announcement: New winners published on same channels for at least the minimum period of 28 days from redraw date;
5. Redraw Notification: New winners contacted via phone and email within 2 hours of redraw;
6. Final Redraw: If prize remains unclaimed after redrawing, it will not be awarded, and the Promoter has no further liability; and
7. No Further Redraws: Only one redraw will be conducted per prize.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

7.1 Publicity and Media Release

1. Winners must participate in all reasonable publicity, photography, and promotional activity requested by the Promoter without additional compensation;
2. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the Promoter using their name, image, likeness, voice, and prize-related comments for promotional and advertising purposes;
3. Winners may be required to sign media release forms before receiving prizes;
4. Failure to sign required forms results in entry being deemed invalid and prize forfeiture;
5. The Promoter will never publish winners’ full addresses or other sensitive personal information; and
6. Winners may decline participation in promotional activities for prizes valued under $1,000 AUD without forfeiture but must still provide verification.

7.2 Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

1. Tampers with or abuses any aspect of the Promotion or entry process;
2. Resides outside the Eligible Locations;
3. Breaches these terms and conditions, Member Terms, or Website Terms;
4. Behaves in a disruptive, abusive, threatening, or harassing manner toward the Promoter, staff, Partners, or other entrants;
5. Diminishes the reputation of the Promoter, Partners, or associated entities;
6. Engages in fraudulent activity including but not limited to: creating fake accounts, manipulating entries, providing false information, using unauthorized entry methods;
7. Breaches any law in connection with the Promotion;
8. Fails to comply with membership payment obligations during Promotion Period;
9. Attempts to interfere with the Promotion’s proper conduct or other entrants’ ability to participate;
10. Engages in any conduct that jeopardises the fair operation of the Promotion; or
11. Provides false or misleading information during entry or verification.

Disqualification results in forfeiture of all entries and prizes without compensation. The Promoter may pursue legal action for fraudulent conduct.

7.3 Promotion Modification or Cancellation

1. If the Promotion is compromised by unauthorised intervention, tampering, technical failures, or causes beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control that corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness, or proper operation, the Promoter reserves the right to:
   • Suspend the Promotion temporarily
   • Modify the Promotion terms
   • Cancel the Promotion entirely
   • Award prizes from eligible entries received before compromise
2. Any modification or cancellation subject to approval by relevant gaming authorities where required;
3. In case of cancellation, the Promoter’s liability is limited to refunding membership fees paid specifically for this Promotion (if applicable);
4. Force majeure events permitting modification or cancellation include: natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, government directive, civil unrest, war, terrorism, vandalism, power failures, strikes, internet failures, or any event preventing or significantly hindering the Promotion; and
5. The Promoter will announce any modification or cancellation via website, email, and Member Portal.

7.4 Technical Issues and Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for:

1. Technical malfunctions of computer systems, servers, software, internet service providers, email systems, or payment processors;
2. Technical problems, congestion, or failures preventing entry receipt;
3. Incomplete, late, lost, damaged, illegible, or misdirected electronic communications;
4. Entry errors caused by user device, internet connection, or software issues;
5. Unauthorised access to or alteration of entries;
6. Problems or technical issues with the Member Portal or Mobile App affecting entry counts;
7. Any injury or damage to entrant’s (or any other person’s) computer or device related to Promotion participation; or
8. Any combination of the above factors.

7.5 Prize Delivery and Liability

1. Prizes delivered only to Australian addresses unless otherwise specified;
2. Cash prizes paid only to Australian bank accounts in Australian Dollars (if applicable);
3. The Promoter is not liable for loss of, damage to, or delay in prize delivery;
4. The Promoter is not liable for damage to displayed prizes (if applicable);
5. Winners responsible for accepting delivery and providing accurate delivery information;
6. The Promoter is not liable if winner is unable to accept prize delivery at nominated address;
7. Risk in prizes passes to winner upon delivery or collection; and
8. The Promoter is not responsible for prizes that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.

7.6 Documentation and Verification

1. The Promoter may require entrants to produce documentation to establish, to the Promoter’s satisfaction: identity, age, residency, employment, membership status, and entry validity;
2. Failure to provide requested documentation within specified timeframe may result in disqualification;
3. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct background checks where prizes exceed $10,000 AUD;
4. All verification decisions are at the Promoter’s sole discretion and are final; and
5. The Promoter may engage third-party verification services.

7.7 Disputes and Queries

1. All Promotion-related communications must be directed to: info@yourtinyhomeco.com
2. If an Eligible Entrant raises a dispute regarding Promotion conduct or prizes, the Promoter will:
   1. Consider the entrant’s viewpoint
   2. Review facts presented
   3. Respond fairly within 14 business days
3. The Promoter’s decisions on all Promotion aspects are final and binding;
4. No correspondence will be entered into regarding dispute outcomes;
5. For unresolved disputes, refer to Dispute Resolution clause in the Terms; and
6. Disputes regarding membership or entry eligibility are subject to the Terms.

7.8 Multiple Entries and Prize Sharing

1. No limit on number of entries per person (subject to the Terms);
2. Entrants may win multiple prizes in a single draw;
3. The Promoter is not responsible for disputes between winners and any persons they choose to share prizes with;
4. Prizes are awarded to the individual member whose entry was drawn;
5. Winners may not assign or transfer prizes to others without Promoter approval; and
6. Prize sharing arrangements are solely between winner and chosen recipients – the Promoter has no involvement or liability.

8. LIABILITY AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

8.1 Australian Consumer Law

1. The Promoter does not exclude any rights and remedies under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified;
2. Winners have consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law;
3. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights or remedies; and

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

1. The Promoter, Partners, associated agencies, and companies are not liable (including in negligence) for any:
   1. Indirect, special, consequential loss, or loss of profits;
   2. Loss of data or entry information;
   3. Expense or damage suffered in connection with the Promotion or prizes; or
   4. Personal injury, illness, or death arising from prize acceptance or use (except where caused by Promoter’s negligence).
2. This limitation applies except for liability that cannot be excluded by law;
3. The Promoter’s maximum aggregate liability under these terms (where liability cannot be excluded) is limited to the value of the prize(s) awarded or $1,000 AUD, whichever is lower;
4. The Promoter is not liable for:
   1. Prize supplier performance or failures;
   2. Changes to prize specifications by suppliers;
   3. Prize defects or quality issues (complaints directed to supplier); or
   4. Winner’s inability to use or access prizes.
5. Winners assume all risk associated with prize acceptance and use;
6. The Promoter recommends winners obtain appropriate insurance for high-value prizes; and
7. Winners should seek independent financial, legal, and tax advice regarding prizes.

8.3 Indemnity

By entering, entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter, Partners, associated agencies, and companies from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

1. Entrant’s breach of these Giveaway Terms or Terms;
2. Entrant’s violation of any law or third-party rights;
3. Entrant’s fraudulent or misleading conduct;
4. Disputes with other entrants or third parties;
5. Prize use or misuse by entrant; or
6. Any claim that entrant’s entry infringes intellectual property or other rights.

9. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

9.1 Information Collection

1. The Promoter collects personal information including: name, email address, phone number, residential address, date of birth, membership details, and entry information;
2. Information is collected when you: create membership, enter the Promotion, claim a prize, or communicate with us about the Promotion;
3. Provision of information is voluntary, but failure to provide requested information may result in inability to enter, verify entries, or claim prizes; and
4. Collection is necessary for conducting the Promotion, verifying eligibility, awarding prizes, and complying with legal obligations.

9.2 Information Use

Personal information is used to:

1. Conduct and administer the Promotion;
2. Verify entry eligibility and validity;
3. Contact and notify winners;
4. Arrange prize delivery;
5. Publish winner information (first name and last initial only);
6. Conduct publicity and promotional activities;

9.4 Marketing and Communications

1. By entering, you consent to receiving Promotion-related communications via email, SMS, phone, and Member Portal notifications;
2. These communications may include: entry confirmations, draw announcements, winner notifications, prize updates, and Promotion-related information;
3. Promotion-related communications do not require an unsubscribe facility as they are necessary for Promotion conduct;
4. You consent to your personal information being retained for future marketing purposes (subject to opt-out rights);
5. Marketing communications (separate from Promotion administration) will include functional unsubscribe facility;
6. You may opt out of marketing communications without affecting Promotion participation by: clicking unsubscribe links, updating preferences in Member Portal, or contacting info@yourtinyhomeco.com ;
7. Opt-out processing takes up to 10 business days; and
8. Even after opting out of marketing, you will still receive essential Promotion-related and transactional communications.

9.5 Privacy Policy

1. Personal information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at www.yourtinyhomeco.com/privacy-policy/ ;
2. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Giveaway Terms, in conjunction with the Terms;
3. By entering, you acknowledge reading and accepting the Privacy Policy;
4. You have rights to access and correct your personal information (contact info@yourtinyhomeco.com );
5. You may make a privacy complaint to info@yourtinyhomeco.com – complaints handled per Privacy Policy; and
6. Personal information is stored securely and retained as required by law (typically minimum 7 years for promotion records).

10. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

1. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok;
2. Entrants provide information to the Promoter, not to any social media platform;
3. By entering, entrants completely release all social media platforms from any and all liability associated with the Promotion;
4. Social media platforms have no responsibility for Promotion conduct or prizes;
5. Questions or complaints about the Promotion must be directed to the Promoter, not social media platforms;
6. Entrants must comply with applicable social media platform terms of service; and
7. The Promoter is not responsible for social media platform changes, failures, or policies affecting Promotion visibility or accessibility.

11. PERMIT AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

11.1 Permits

This Promotion is conducted under permit number TP/04706 issued by NSW Fair Trading.

The Promoter has determined that no trade promotion permit is required for this Promotion in accordance with applicable state and territory gaming and liquor legislation in Queensland and Victoria.

11.2 Regulatory Compliance

1. This Promotion is conducted in accordance with relevant trade promotion laws and regulations;
2. The Promoter has obtained all necessary approvals and permits where required;
3. Any modification to the Promotion requiring regulatory approval will only be implemented after such approval is obtained; and
4. Permit details (if applicable) are available on request to info@yourtinyhomeco.com .

12. GENERAL PROVISIONS

12.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by Queensland, Australia law. Any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Giveaway Terms is held void, invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

Failure by the Promoter to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the Terms and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding this Promotion and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

12.5 Interpretation

1. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation;
2. Words importing singular include plural and vice versa;
3. References to persons include individuals, companies, and other entities;
4. “Including” and similar words are not words of limitation; and
5. References to legislation include amendments, replacements, and re-enactments.

12.6 Amendment

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, subject to approval by relevant gaming authorities where required. Amendments will be published on https://www.yourtinyhomeco.com/giveaway/tyhaus-tiny-homes-ty-tiny-home/ and notified to members via email. Continued participation after amendment constitutes acceptance.
